See what hedge funds, banks and asset managers actually hold. Every manager with over $100 million in US equities has to report their positions to the SEC every quarter. This pulls those filings straight from EDGAR and compares them to the previous quarter, so you can see what was bought, sold and exited. Search by fund name, company name, or ticker symbol.
What Form 13F does and does not show. 13F covers long US equity positions only. It does not include short positions, bonds, cash, private holdings or foreign listed shares, so it is never a complete picture of what a fund owns. Filings are due 45 days after the end of each quarter, which means the data you are looking at can be up to four and a half months old and positions may already have changed. Values are as reported by the filer. ZTRADEZ, LLC is not a registered investment advisor or broker dealer.
